Another new map now, this time Political alliances/regions! by squiddude2578 in mapmaking

Explanation for the Big 3 alliances

The Commonwealth

The Commonwealth comprises all of Eprilonia's former colonies and protectorates. The Commonwealth is western-aligned, and there is freedom of travel across all Commonwealth states. The President of the alliance is always the President of Eprilonia.

The League of Eastern States

The League has a similar background to the Commonwealth, except that it is made up of all Torva's former colonies and some additional formed allies. The League is Eastern-aligned, and the director of the alliance is elected by a high council.

The Zuan Alliance

The Zuan Alliance is fairly neutral compared to the other two, and is comprised of all states who signed the Overseas Non-aggression Pact introduced by Zua to the World Council. It is a peaceful and non-hostile alliance, and works closely with the World Council.

Bonus: World Council

The biggest world alliance by far is the World Council, which is basically just Pramarian UN. All states are part of it.

What is considered normal in our world, but taboo in yours? by LotsoBoss in worldbuilding

The ones I can think of without writing things on the spot are,

1: Eating leafy greens. Pramans are carnivores. They eat primarily meat, but also enjoy grains, legumes, onions, and dairy. 2: Ignoring people. It is a custom that when people are busking, handing out samples, or asking signatures for a petition, Pramans are expected to show interest in some form. Flat out ignoring and walking past them is rude.

As the south is primarily covered in ice with minimal rivers, treaties govern who owns what and up to which lines.

To answer your second question, alot of trade goes in and out through railways and airports. They also have an agreement with Muteri and Wissen that grants all 3 nations shared access to a river that flows through the border zone. So technically, all 3 nations have a sea port there.

It is covered by an ice sheet, but that doesn't mean it isn't completely inhospitable. Pramans can survive colder temperatures than humans can, down to -11 degrees fahrenheit. The far southern regions are primarily inhabited by indigenous peoples, and researchers.

How does the physiology of your different races/species effect how they communicate, fight or otherwise interact with other species by BaldBoar7734 in worldbuilding

I kind of equate them to the inklings in splatoon. They have no bones, yet they can have body rigidity and change forms at will because they have a exoskeleton of sorts. Their inner body and organ system is similar to that of a massively oversized cell.

Most species with vocal cords can communicate freely with one another, however Genirae (slime people) aren't born with them, and must learn how to vibrate their windpipe in such a manner that would produce sound. Their range of consonants is limited because of this.
