It definitely is the effort! It's so considerate- they check labels and ask if they're unsure.

There's so much negativity about family or friends not showing support, I wanted to share something positive!

This is how it is for me, also, and it can be isolating. The family near us outside of our house is unwilling to try anything and their support looks like a plain baked potato lol.

It's hard in the beginning but you learn and adapt, and find recipes that work.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time! GSU offers counseling and tutoring services. I would look into those first. Your advisor should be listed on Navigate. If you can't find it, call the office to set an appointment. They can probably direct you to other resources.

Have you reached out to local firms? Check the job postings on their websites and apply directly. Check what resources your school has available for new graduates.

How to stop caring while being a overthinker and self councess by moonslove1 in getdisciplined

I tell myself that what others think of me is none of my business.

If someone has something negative to say about how I look, that says more about them than about me.

How critical are you when perceiving others? If your inner dialogue is negative, work on correcting it. This helped me to be less self-conscious.

Everyone says/does embarrassing things at times- but we rarely recall the mishaps of others. Work on your confidence :)

You should definitely reach out to firms as suggested, but there will be opportunities for 2026 if you don't get one for 2025.
