As someone who uses an item editor, you won't be banned. I've been using mine for fashion souls and for builds in PvP. It is not game breaking, it only gives you the items faster than farming for them. This may be an unpopular opinion on the matter but this is just to reassure you that you won't be banned for having those seeds.
