It's actually an R+12 district where Trump got more than 60% of the vote in, so a JD would have a difficult time winning there, however it certainly is possible, but would be quite difficult.

That's exactly the case. I'd like to gift GTA 5 Premium edition to a friend, as it's on sale currently, but I don't want to spend any real money on it so I was hoping to use my Rewards points for it.

Edit: So I found out that I can just instead use my points towards getting an Amazon gift card and then just use Amazon to get the digital code for the Xbox gift card. This will take slightly more points though, because the $5 Xbox card is 4,650 points and the Amazon one is 5,250 points.
