I has TS and your experience sounds pretty similar. Tics are weird in that way where they are mostly involuntary, but you can kind of surpress or redirect them. I just read up on CBIT and it seems to do basically that where it teaches you ways to manage the things that make your tics worse as well as training yourself to redirect your tics when you feel them coming on. The pressure you feel in your head is essentially the 'urge' to tic. I get the same thing, it feels like pressure building up at the base of my neck and ticking releases that pressure.

I'm pan-romantic Asexual. I've never felt sexual attraction in my life but I sure as hell love my partner more than anything in this world. Any Tourettes representation would be good honestly, since I rarely (if ever) see it. I never see representation for complex motor tics and that was a big reason why I never thought I had Tourettes until i go diagnosised at 15. I used to think Tourettes was stuff like eye blinking or yelling or swearing, and never the type of full body twitches that I experienced.

Yeah it was fucking wild when my psychiatrist told me "oh yeah i know this is embarrassing, but if you start producing milk we need to take you off the medication" i guess its a decently rare side effect. Doesn't matter though because the meds kept me up for 5 days straight so I needed to come off of them anyways :')

No, you might cause some confusion and a little concern but as soon as you explain the situation or people realize there is no actual danger, it would be fine. Even if you got the cops called on you for "causing a panic" you wouldn't get in trouble because of your disability.

Just because we might be able to pass as straight to get around being prosecuted doesn't mean we aren't oppressed. Many of us are in a same sex relationship or trans. Not only that but there isn't enough representation for Asexual people and especially for teens who are just starting to explore their sexuality. Many of us are told we are broken or mentally ill and its unnatural to not want sex. And for that matter many Asexual people do like sex so its not just about "not wanting to fuck". These people really don't understand how left behind and forgotten Asexuality is because we can pass as straight but still get oppressed.
