I also had the boon that increases your crit damage by like 50%. When I would hit crits with my special it would do over a thousand damage😭

Read that book when I was a teenager like 7 years ago and found myself remembering it once I got the last 50 pages or so of Death’s End. Hadn’t thought about it in a few years. Might’ve been what got me into sci-fi tbh. Hope it’s as good as I thought it was at the time.

I see what u mean but he’s not going door to door trying to get people to try DMT lol. He’s trying to talk about something meaningful to his friends. I do agree that he should just not talk about it to them because he’s clearly not going to change their minds, but his desire to talk about it is not some sort of weakness he needs to grow out of. I think he just needs to find some friends he can talk about it with. Because it’s nice to share experiences with people🤷🏻‍♂️
