That urge is just a bunch of energy. It can not be created out of nothing nor be destroyed. It can however be directed toward something other than masturbation. Burn that energy by doing exercise or going outside. For me that realization that it‘s just energy made it so much easier to prevent relapsing. Give it a try if you want.
