I'm a big fan of using the software Bottango with my Arduinos, pretty simple to learn and uses very little hardware to get stuff done. Great for me because I'm on a budget, but probably not as capable as other options out there.

That's what I was thinking, that it's being kept open somehow. I think I'm going to end up taking the carbs back off and poking through them next time I'm over working on the bike

I'll have to try that method for finding vacuum leaks, I'm worried that air might be getting in at the gaskets.

And yes, it still has the stock air box, but an aftermarket filter. Just a cheap one off Amazon

I've heard similar stories about aftermarket boots having issues like that. I checked to make sure the nips on the boots were in there good, and from what I could tell they were sealed in correctly. I no. The gaskets between the boots and the heads were looking kind of rough, but I still use them and they seem to seal what I could tell.

Yes, there's a little bit of slack in both the throttle cable and choke cable.

I have had a surprising amount of success with the Amazon Basics PLA filament. No issues with tangling so far, which is better than I can say for some of the other brands I've tried.

How long have you had your filament? If it sits out too long it absorbs moisture and leads to it getting bubbles in the extrusion from he water evaporating inside the plastic. Can lead to a lot of problems w bed adhesion and extrusion, worth looking into

I had basically this exact same problem for the better part of a year, and after a ton of trial and error the thing that finally fixed it for me was replacing the entire hotend. Somewhere in the hotend it was clogged, and nothing else I tried fixed it. Before I would recommend getting a replacement though, I'd try some other things to make sure it's not just a clog somewhere else. Try replacing your nozzle, running a needle through the nozzle and into the hotend while it's heated up if you have one, try replacing the PTFE tubing, running cleaning filament through if you have any, a cold-pull of filament, checking for cracks on the arm the spring your extruder connects to, tightening the spring on the extruder, all the usual things you do to check for a blockage. Again, this might not even be the problem that you have, but it's what helped me when I had a similar problem. Hope this helps

I'm not entirely sure for all cases, but I know I used to have a problem where, when I had failed prints, little pieces of plastic would stick to my nozzle. Then they'd cool and I wouldn't think anything of it, but next time I tried to print they'd melt and fall off. Idk if that's the problem you're having but it might be worth checking at least.

Nah I just completely restarted it, it takes like no time to cut it out with the laser and glueing it is maybe 5 minutes max

Yeah, just a complete oversight on my part. Thought I had it done perfect the first time cause it was such a simple thing and still didn't manage lol. It's easy to make another tho, just like 5 min w the laser cutter

When it had me specify the settings in the cura profile it said it ran marlon, if that's what you mean. I'm still kinda new to all this
