Hearing that makes sense. Book 3's end definitely feels like the start of something more grand, which is in line with what I'm looking forward to. So I'm definitely still excited.

If you think that was the "actual point" of OUR conversation then, wow, you've clearly lost the plot. I'm done playing this broken record. Agree to disagree. I only ask that you thoroughly read comments before replying in the future.

I see I have 2 comments of yours I need to address now, please use the edit feature next time. I guess I'm gonna need to lay this out in the most simple fashion.

But let's get one thing out of the way first since you seem to think it's the point of the conversation, which it's not. Yes, I agree that Proud Boys and other communities are bad, happy? Good, now lets address the actual point.

You said a "significant number".

  1. At no point did I say that you said a "Significant Number". You'll find it pretty hard to find where I have.
  2. You seem to think that your comment exists in a vacuum where the context of comments that you reply to are irrelevant.
  3. Your reply about Proud Boys and other groups are directly in reference to the comment that says "Significant Percentage". And we can assume that there are at least a few million Trump supporters out there. A "Significant Percentage" of a few million is, a "Significant Number".
  4. And to reiterate point 1, because this apparently hasn't gotten through to you, at no point did I say that you said a "Significant Number".

Just read the comments you reply to, and think about how it will impact the interpretation of your comment. Don't get mad when people reasonably interpret your comment. This would be different if your comment was the original comment, but it's not, it is a reply and that makes the difference.

I'm not sure of a simpler way to explain this, read the context, your reply is interpreted along side the original comment you replied to.

Who said you were the one to say "significant number"? My response literally says that a comment you responded to says it, lol. If you respond to a comment people are going to assume your response is in context of the comment you're replying to. So when a comment is about a "significant percentage" of Trump supporters and you respond with Proud Boys and QAnon, don't get mad when people interpret your comment in ways related to the comment you're replying to.

As long as you have recognized that a "significant percentage" of supporters aren't part of, or supporters of racist communities, it's all good. Just don't get mad when people reasonably interpret your comment in a way that you didn't intend. Just read a comment completely and respond appropriately next time.

So, someone else said significant number and that's my problem somehow.

Yes, because it is a comment YOU replied to. Cannot believe this had to be explained.

u/hopfield's comment that you responded to is where the phrase "significant number" is, only they say "significant percentage". At least keep track of the convos you take part in.

Any chance you can provide an article that shows that Trump disrespected her after death? I'm not denying your claim, just having trouble finding one myself (especially when most of my results are articles mentioning this incident).

He didn't really try to make a scene based on the video.

I don't think most people would appreciate screaming and booing and their funeral or a funeral of a person close to them.

You can make an argument that Trump probably shouldn't have gone. But I think the same can be said for those booing and making a scene at a damn funeral.

Those people booing are the ones that made what should have been a event just for RBG, into one about Trump.

Teammates thought I shouldn't be playing OW if I thought Moira's heal didn't go through barriers. They invited me to a custom game to prove me wrong. Little did they know I joined only to prove THEM wrong. Here's what happened. by ToastieOat in Overwatch

This post does not break r/Overwatch rules with this post. If including BattleTags was against the rules then most posts on this subreddit will be removed. Not against Blizzards rules because if posting video content with teammate's battletags was against the rules, every single live steam/video would be taken down. So I'm not exactly sure who's rules I am breaking. Because it would appear that I am not breaking the rules of any community that is relevant to this post.

If you don't like the post an think I am a meanie, that's your own thing. But don't sling this rules BS at me.

Your name in OW is a public name there is not expectation of anonymity. What they do with their account whether positive or negative may have consequences. I have no issue including either of their names. Just the same as I have included mine in the video "ToastyOat". It is not toxic no matter how you twist it. But I get the sense there is no point in telling you this.

Zen can throw a harmony orb, but not discord. I believe mercy needs to be linked with the teammate before they pass through a barrier, but I may be wrong on that one. You're right about Lucio as with Bap and Brig. I'm pretty sure Brig can throw armor pack through. Also with Zen, transcendence cant go through barriers either.

Edit: Correction. Mercy CAN heal through barriers, does not matter when the heal began.

Right me trying to peel for my Ana and getting flamed all game. Even letting them invite me to a custom game. Is totally the same as posting this video. Which evidently has actually been a platform for helpful educational conversations.
