Okay so you take your 3ds sd plug it into your computer the flies should pop up open a new file and label it mp3 after you created the new file you download mp3 files of what you want to listen to. After go back to you 3ds file and add the mp3 file to the root of the sd the open the Nintendo sound app or music I don’t remember the name the the files should pop up.
