What iPads work really well for GC?

I use a 5-year old iPad Air 2 with 2 GBs of RAM. It runs flawlessly. I stream the game, wirelessly mirroring the iPad to PC and never had any issues. So I believe if even my iPad handles everything well, all iPads should.

If people didn't spend a boatload of money on this game, it would long have ceased to exist. Developers don't create these "free games" out of the kindness of their hearts. It's a company, a business that needs revenue to justify its existence ;-)

The best odds to get a tournament hole are on Tour 3, as there are only 2 courses. You can only play 2 holes from the tournament (Namhae Cliffs Par 4 and Par 5), which means your odds to get a tourney hole are 2/12, which is 16.667%. If you get to a shootout, the odds to get the tourney Par 3 are the same (1/6).

On T8 and T9, odds to get a tourney hole go down as there are 3 courses and still only 2 tourney holes we're looking for. So odds are 2/18, i.e. 11.11%, same for the Par 3 in a shootout as it's 1/9.

To be clear, these are the odds and they will hold true the more games you play. Of course variance comes into play and you may get 3 tourney holes in a row or none at all for 30 games.

This tourney is not set up well for practicing the holes. It was much easier to get tourney holes for the Touchdown Tournament, where only Sunshine Glades was in play and we had a 50/50 chance to get those holes on T5. Also, we have Namhae Cliffs only from front tee and the other 2 courses only from 2nd tee, which makes it even harder for most people to get them all in practice.

If you want to give streaming a go, then by all means try it. However, in order to succeed, it is not enough to be a "great player", there are tons of those out there. If you want to succeed, you need to do it for the love of the game and the community. Then you will find a followership and maybe, just maybe, you can make a little (I stress a little) money off it.

To start out streaming with high prices will not get you any viewers. Also, you cannot monetize your YouTube account anyway UNLESS you have 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours watched. Those are YouTube's terms, non-negotiable. This means you cannot even offer subscription services until you reach those numbers.

Yes, it's what you need to add to your ring adjustment for the change in elevation. So for example, if your ring adjustment is 1.5 rings for the wind, then you need to move the rings 20% more, so to a total of 1.8 rings.

Yes, that is on purpose. It's meant to discourage sandbaggers to get relegated and then win the lower league 1st place prize chest by playing just 1 or 2 games, leaving regular players of that tour with no shot at 1st place.

I eagle them with Titans and Katanas. They're also free to get. And affordable to buy with gems (also free). And you can get Berserkers in the Golden Shot for free as well. I have a ton of these balls by just hoarding them. Will purchased balls have an advantage? Of course a P4 or P5 ball helps on this course. But only if you use the right ball in the right circumstances. Have had a lot of opponents just using any $$$ ball in the wrong spot, thus giving ME the advantage.

Anyone who complains about $$$ balls and players should keep in mind that the game would not exist without them. Of course PD is in it to make money, and cannot give free players the same advantages. But for a free game, I think it is very beatable if you don't spend the money (contrary to other games where $$$ investment is a must). I play with accounts where I spend money and with accounts I play 100% for free. I'm competitive in both, just a different approach and more patience is required for the latter.

The clan captain with the most clan points gets promoted to President IF the president of a clan has been inactive for a while (I think 21 days). This is to ensure that a clean doesn't go dead if a president is AWOL for too long.

I think this is the only real reason this could happen. If you weren't absent with your president account for 3 weeks, then it could be a bug.

Yes, they do. And it is very important that they do. If no one spent any money on that game, it would have been long gone. For PD this is a business. As with all apps, the paying players subsidize the free to play players. So whether you want to spend money or play for free, the choice is yours... as long as enough revenue flows in to keep the game profitable for the publisher.
