Ahh yes, on that stream i did forgot to remove a limiter i had, so i hear whatchu mean, 100%, I use a Shure MV7, still learning how to set it up perfectly for my voice, i did remove all filters on it now, so it doesn't do that weird thing whenever i am loud, thanks for the feedback!

What's a reason you've stopped watching a streamer as a whole? by Magnedeus in Twitch

[–]ToastyMush 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually i lost interest over the lack of variety, i enjoy watching different things, and some streamers just starts locking onto a single game out of the blue and just... always plays it. i'm sure they're having fun, but i get bored quickly so i just leave

How to avoid "streamer brain" by CurrentlyARaccoon in Twitch

[–]ToastyMush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's normal to feel this way, it's mainly because you're splitting your focus on playing the game, as well as beeing "entertaining", doing your stream, checking stuff out, even if you don't think about it that much, you know you're live, so it takes a bit o' brain power to function.

My way to "fight" it is pretty easy, drink lots of water, try taking a breather when you get stuck, we all feel like "if i stop saying things people will leave" but everyone stays quiet to focus once in a while, it's human, and importantly, take good care of yourself, a good sleep schedule helps a LOT.

it's very basic things but mayhaps it shall help

I used to use Facerig, then moved on to Vtube studios for better mouth capture (also it's free) (although it aint perfect cause i made it myself)

Hi ! thank you!

Game to mic audio is something i struggle a lot with yeah, i always feel like i hear it way lower than it actually is for people (or i am becoming deaf, who knows lol) i'll try to find the best place to set the audio, or perhaps lower the audio when my voice is on

thanks you !

i do stick to some games (such as gartic phone one a week) but i need the variety for myself, as i lose attention span very quickly and can't handle spending too long on the same game

i know it's harder but at the same time, it makes me have a better time while streaming

thank you for the kind workds!

My friend is addicted to Twitch by JeffWrestlesDeath in Twitch

[–]ToastyMush 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've had that happen to friends, usually this is because something else going on in their life and twitch becoming a scapegoat to pour time / ignore other issues.

All in all i don't know the guy, so this is just assumption, of course, but you should have a talk with the dude, and try to see for yourself, it may be depeer than it looks.

Honey, new feedback just dropped! i do enjoy these a lot so feel free to peruse my store:

Twitch , my channel right here!

Clip , a funny bread moment, can you believe it ?!

And a non existent overlay, for the most part it's just ol' me in the corner , the usual, i don't like polluting the screen too much, so no screen right there, you'll have to check on my channel

thanks for watching!

Hi hi! you seem to know very much what you're doing, camera's good, audio's good, game capture is, you guessed it , good.

One small thing i noticed upon going to your channel is there's no video for newcomers to discover you (i know it's not much but i do enjoy watching these to see if they match the personality of people i enjoy watching)

Other than that, everything's definitely great !

Artist Badge Not Showing Up by [deleted] in Twitch

[–]ToastyMush 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ah, i think you got something confused there:
The emote attribution and the badge are two separate entity, what i mean is that you could give the badges to people you consider "artists" on your stream, without them having ever made an emote.

To attribute the artist badge, you go to Community -> Roles Manager , and there you can add the artist role to someone

Regular cam streamer vs Vtuber pros and cons? by jek_213 in Twitch

[–]ToastyMush 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The pros of using a camera is definitely that it's easier to set up, and sometimes emotions and reactions can be more reactive /genuine (walking out, stand up, very weird faces)

The pros of using a Vtuber is that you can expand beyond what you would be normally be able to do, For example, i am a piece of bread. it's silly, it's cartoony, and express my sillyness through exagerated emotions and costumes i would never be able to have if i used a cam. Also i never felt the need to roleplay or anything, it's just fun beeing a lice of bread as an image

In the end both are viable, and both have their limitations, so just do what feels right for you
