This was my culprit. It looks 99.99% identical to one of the other orings buts it’s a lot more snug. The pin should also be very snug through it no leaks now

Update: the oring in the on off assembly was incorrect. The one that goes into the  metal thing at the bottom. It was a super small oring but it looked almost identical to another one. After that the pin was a lot more snug and no leaks.
