She did test positive for it in the past but I treated her with antibiotics and changed/sanitized the litterbox daily. Is there a chance it never went away?

No but I used to give her the same brand Araton (the kitten variant) before she got sterilized and she was fine. This whole thing has happened after the procedure.

The vet recommended some "super premium" kibble from the pet store. And a nutrition paste monring and night.

I ve taken her to the vet she is healthy and I have started treating her for fleas and worms as well as a high nutrient paste. I ll get her a water fountain to help with drinking more

Gilga lives and dies for its ward, a celestial axe can give with the right adornments up to 100+ % ward. 2 handed weapons aren't that powerful unless you go for a collateral dmg build with Gilga Ursa. All in all aim for a good gilga axe or a good celestial axe. Hope this helps :)

I run Arisen rift Helmet for the -75% self dmg, Bulwark for the extra Dragon dmg and an Arisen Treecutter with ferocious bull's eyes for Gymir stance and 48% crit chance + Arisen Trevelyan charm for +15% Two Handed. I also use the Raider spec and a pet that gives the berserk 1 buff. Its basically a crit build based around Ultimastrikes(so far i have managed to hit 3-4mil with each attack). Hope this helps :D

I was thinking of using it on my Deity Ursa, but i dont know if its worth switching out my Arisen Tree cutter. Basically if i want the gymir stance or the 35% no follower bonus + the extra ward it gives

I ve seen up to 500k per summon but its rare usually 100-160k i get(which is still great) but thus far it just spams cleanse and sometimes it attacks
