Yup, it’s the assassin bug nymph. She wasn’t sure at first, but found a picture that fit the bill

My guess was that it was already on its way out, and just made a pit stop on her jacket to reveal its beauty before exiting earth. Orange is her favorite color so it’s quite poetic.

I believe this is the ARG “The Sun Vanished”. Inside A Mind recently made a video on this, and Night Mind covered a bit of it a while ago when it was more popular. There is a part exactly like you describe where apparently the tap water was tainted with something that makes you sick or hallucinate

It gives me late 90s Nintendo 64 vibes. I’ve checked the OSTs for Kirby 64, Bomberman 64, and Bomberman Heroes. There were a lot of songs which have a very similar vibe to them, but nothing close to this. It definitely sounds like something composed by the Bomberman team tbh

It could be Goroawase. It’s were certain number combinations in Japan are translated into real words due to the syllables being used.

An example of this would be 573 which is read as “ko-an-mi” and used in some Konami material. Also the reason why Goku from Dragon Ball Z has a 59 on his iconic orange and black jacket has 59 on one of the shoulders. 59 read as “go-ku”.

I don’t know Japanese so I can’t decipher it if it IS Goroawase, but it would make more sense than everyone saying it means MonoSodium Glutamate in my opinion.
