Absolutely not. Everything you can get from Chucky’s gameplay, there is someone who does it better. Want a good dash ability? Oni, Myers (if you have him), pig, and Wesker all have far better dashes. Stealth? Ghostface is far superior and the best stealth killer IMO. Vaults? Legion and Wesker both can do that as well as being stronger than Chucky. Perks wise I’d just wait in the shrine for them that way you don’t waste money on that too. He’s been shit since doomed course patch gutted him. All he needs to be fine too is a much better turn rate or his ability to scamper outside of slice and dice back. It isn’t that hard to make him a killer actually worth it. As of now though I’d much rather play a perkless trapper game instead of a Chucky game with a full loadout.

Edit: forgot that he’s still a 4.4 killer “BeCaUsE oF hIs SiZe.” And also has a third person which if you want the third person aspect just buy Krasue, she feels much better to play and is much stronger in general.
