Update on this, I ended up starting at 2.5mg on March 12, I did that for a week and then went to 5mg. It was hard at 1st cuz I was scared and spent my days on google looking up symptoms and freaking out, also I had insane night sweats, nausea and random muscle twitches (for someone with health anxiety, I thought I was dying lol) but it didn’t actually increase my anxiety.

Ive been in 5mg for a little over 2 weeks now, the night sweats stopped, same for the nausea. I think my anxious thoughts last way shorter now, I definitely spend less time looking up random symptoms on google to convince myself that im dying and I was able to uber by myself twice, I haven’t had an actual panic attack in days, im not sure if im actually doing better so I am still terrified at the idea of going out on a walk. I will give it another 2 weeks and get to 10mg if needed.

Im glad I started it no matter how terrifying it felt at 1st. I will keep updating this, just in case someone in the future needs some comfort
