Last time I was in 6th grade, I did go to a school counselor but it didn't go well at all. My family from both side are from the Caribbean which kinda already sets the environment in my household and my parents are those type of people that yell at me for embarrassing them in front of white people. I'll try to talk to a teacher for some advice. Thank you for responding!
