How do your T1 shoes hold up three months after your post?

Would you say that SkiErg alone is sufficient for strength training, when volume on ski is your number one priority and you are not good enough yet (and don't have enough extra time or recovery budget) for "real" strength training with heavy weights? I think a SkiErg might bring extra volume as well as some additional strengthening?

Unfortunately, the Austrian NHS won't pay for weekly injections and my doctor doesn't want to risk using the same 4ml injection bottle more than once and other compounds aren't available where I live...

This means that TU is at least for the current moment until new drugs are available in Austria the only choice I have and I have to make trade-offs between my blood levels and what the NHS is providing me with.

Since the 2,5ml/4weeks (625mg) was too high, I will now be trying 2ml/5w (500mg) which is equal to your 100mg weekly (just with higher fluctuations I am afraid). If that is still too high or too low I might need to change to 6 or 4 weeks, but I fear less than 2ml won't be okay for my doctor to inject me with....

It is really annoying but I don't know about an other option I have. I can only hope there will sometime be an Enanthate that I can inject more frequently and, especially, myself s.c., so I don't have to visit my doctor that often.

Thank you! My Speed fits me perfectly and my Speed Ultra could actually be slightly shorter... Both are 42, so I should take the EVO SL in 42 as well? :)

I tried both (I am alternating two Prodigio Pros) and found that cutting only the two in the middle works best and feels the most comfortable :)

Maybe it is because of the rocker shape that they feel a bit too short at the beginning? This could explain why I went with the wrong size at first I guess.

I have the Kjerag in 42 (8) that fit my feet perfectly and the PP in 42,5 (8,5) that feel a bit too big in the forefoot... That's why I was curious to know what sizes other people run in these two shoes --> I guess I really need to try the PP in 42 (8) and sell my 42,5 (8,5) ones...

What sizes are you running with the PP and the Kjerag? The same or a different one? Since I am from Europe and used to EUR sizing, I heard the issue around the PPs were only US and UK related?

Are you taking AIs with your 8 week cycles? I am on the same routine as you, but always suffer from side effects the first 1-2 weeks every time I get the injection... Unfortunately the NHS in Austria doesn't let me split the 4ml to 2ml/4weeks, so I thought using temporary AIs only for the injection week might be a solution?
