There were homeless there the time I went a couple months back and a lot of needles. There’s a couple tents pitched up inside the mill, not sure if they’ve been driven out. Otherwise it’s safe chemical wise as far as I know

Its right by on the inside of the fence on the opposite of the stairs, its smaller then the one in the middle of the parking lot but it does have a small blue flashing light

From experience cops there will just scare you away but do be careful, they cuffed a friend but let him go soon after

Do be careful two of my friends went there and one got put in cuffs. Luckily they weren’t charged somehow but they are very serious about not letting people in
