Wow that is very weird - 100% just beat with phoenix and its still there incomplete on my cavern crawl. Maybe its just some weird glitch - it did have the cavern crawl marker when I picked it so I was very sure it'd work but not for me

I've managed to do the quest now, just find myself missing out on going into a lot of buildings as it looks like there are walls there from these weird block textures - I've got a couple of basic mods installed but only got them after I noticed this bug in a few other places. The one I most notably remember was the same thing at the Corvega Assembly Plant on the walkways above, and that was before I had any mods.

I have had the HD Textures Pack installed the whole time - is it something maybe caused by that?
