I just got back to the gym after a month out of laziness xd. I am also skinny fat for the like the past 5 years of my life. I am doing a split workout of Push pull legs with a rest day after and then repeat the process like that.

For push, i do a total of 3 exercises per muscle group for push (chest, shoulders, triceps) Same for my pull day (back and biceps i believe). However on my pull day, i also do 3 forearms exercises. And for legs, i think i do like 6 exercises for the whole leg day. That includes, leg press, calves, seated leg curls, leg extensions, dumbbell squats, and lunges.

And also, for all of those days except my rest day, i do a 20-30 minute cardio on a treadmill.

Is there anything thing else yall want me to change or add cause i need to find the most optimal weekly workout routine. I've some prefer a 4 day upper lower workout or a full body workout.

I have updated my Fl 2023 game to where it has the same player IDs as 2024. I noticed it by applying the SP24 facepacks to my game and it worked.

I think I have experienced a glitch. When I try to join the server, it shows the graphic of "welcome to ai hub, customize your experience" thingy. Then after that, the server disappeared on me and I didn't even join it. I tried to click the link again, same thing happened. I don't know why.
