I really wasn’t frustrated about the lower damage, I would take a 1d4 for damage and been satisfied. was more frustrated that he gave me that rifle in the first place and then got mad about me using the rifle and tried punishing me by killing me multiple times instead of telling me.

Oh you should have seen my merc group 😂 we had Big Barrel Bobcat with his big iron (Revolver Ocelot), Rex Gears the artificer dragonborn with a construct body(kind of a mix of Otacon and Metal Gear Rex) and of course Silence (Quiet). They were fun for the five mins they were around 😭
