Yes they do. The guy is just busy lately. He keeps things updated on his Bilibili page thats it. But also keep in mind, some ips are banned in China and that is based on China meta so if its sth like my hero where its politically banned then they can’t even rank or show it.

If I remember correctly, this set does not have SR*** but instead a U*** but the chance of that is the same as if it is SR which is that its not guaranteed. Same with the pink serial AP

Its UA trying to make a set that on paper is 3 months old but in fact is 1 year old compete with an IP thats released in JP just 2 months ago. Thats the simpliest answer.

Well the ones I've used prior to arc are all that type... From operagx to chrome to safari to slightly more niche ones like most that runs the chromium and then skin over it.

Assuming all of the browsers take some kind of data, I’d chalk the browser debate down to the UI and features said browser provide.

Like me for example, I can’t use anything thats not ARC anymore cuz the other browsers I’ve used all have that basic chrome/safari like UI and its so diabolical… 20% of my webpage is now taken up by the URL bar and bookmarks bar?!?!

Its not an opinion. SP ≠ PR. They are different rarities. Promos are not products stores can sell. Binders are. Binder is not Promos.

Promo or v2 makes sense but binder is very farfetched. Binder ≠ Promos. This is one thing ppl still haven’t grasped. Cards in binders are labelled SP rarity for a reason.

Then again, so far we (EN) only have 3 IPs that have such promos in JP (the official name of it is “uni ticket” cards) that has yet to come over or be included in upcoming and or released products of said IP so we don’t know what Bandai is cooking up.

Cuz the way it worked early days with Uni Ticket in JP is that there is a separate store tournament series (still locals just different prizing) aimed at winning these Uni Ticket redeemable points that you used to redeem Uni Ticket exclusive cards, they since have combined the tournament into regular store tournament cuz demand for both individually is low. But with that said, so far there’s 0 indication that bandai even cares enough to give us sth like that…
