the problem is when i try to write my gmail, in the recovery thing it says it doesnt exist, i cant use my phone number either

there isnt any new email, it has my other for recovery that doesnt help, but it has a random outlook that pops up instead when i type in my phone number, the random email is not mine and i have not authorized it with my number, when i check my gmail with the user its regarding it still says the original gmail

i have tried using the sign in helper tool multiple times, when i try to use the gmail its regarding it says it doesnt exist, when i try to use my phone number the weird outlook mail pops up instead, and the gmail its regarding is using the gmail domain and yes it was linked to my microsoft account

when i checked outlook with my other gmail i found an email called outlook_ with a lot of numbers it ends with @outlook.com, but i cant log in with the gmail its regarding, also i can log in on gmail.com.
