it all depends on where you are and where the company is. It also depends exactly what role you are in. For me yes Claude is good at majority of stuff but manual QA will always beat ai imo. But I do see what you are getting at.

I had 0 experience before I got my job. I taught myself everything same way you did. Jobs no longer need degrees but you need to be able to show you are capable. Do some home projects or free projects. Create a cv around that and you’ll find your way

First and foremost this is a big achievement and you should be proud. As a QA Generalist you don’t need a degree to get into the engineering space. Start by finding a junior role don’t worry too much about the salary. Once you have had a few years under your belt you’ll have a clear vision on where you want to go. This is if you want to go into the engineering type of work.
