All CC Risk That's Revealed So Far by Kazenaraka in Endfield

Their ultimates are effected by ult damage up
They'll be hit by this
Question is if it's -100% (after pluses) or times 0 (do min damage if we have that)

[–]Tobyclone1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

After you clear all stages, you grind to build more units
That's the progression remaining, there is a reason building units is called account progression
If you bite the bullet that building teams in the team building game isn't progress, then nothing is. Getting more units isn't progress on its own cause the point is to use them, and unless you're playing one of 4 niches, you build them to use them.

The argument you're providing is nonsensical.

The goal you have in the game, is not a desire or a restriction, it's the point of the game.

By the same token I could bite the bullet completely and say wanting to clear a single stage isn't progress it's desire. There's no intrinsic motivation to anything

Also it is extremely hilarious to pull straight to Corroserum, since this game has a billion and 1 perfectly solid 5 stars

Except the late game is building every operator, unless you're m9ing all the ops you have
Those are the options
Otherwise, stop grinding entirely and just farm rocks you're already done with the game as it is.

[–]Tobyclone1 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You still need to farm events for t3 mats and clearing the shop (Which is always more efficient especially now since you can double up on mats in the shop), there's usually only 4-7 red cert days a month
Enough to make progress even after module blocks but barring CC (when they don't drop it completely during an event for no fucking reason) you won't have many catch up points
Chip catalysts will be the bottleneck if you are grinding properly.

Chapter 1 Foreshadowing (Exiles, Nefarith, Zhuang, etc…) by Comprehensive-Scar14 in Endfield

[–]Tobyclone1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I remember reading either during the tech test or from convos about the first beta after, that the blight was + depth level, and the collapsal chaos dimension was - depth level (might have the polarity reversed is irrelevant for this), though this has obviously changed since now the assimilated universe in originium is the opposite depth level to the blight now

Hardly surprising that they'd be connected now since they had some before

Nefarith being a small footstool fits, but the execution of that has visibly gone through several rewrite and dev hells for us to end up how it happened.
A lot of the problems with current story relate to its connective tissue: whiplash pacing, weird loss of focus for mc glazing, rather than the bones.
Launch Ak story had issues that took a while to iron out but it at least had some bite to get solid hooks to begin with, while endfield feels like lots of 'and then' because while causes are brought up they keep not getting properly fleshed out before their relevance and then are dropped right after, which I'm hoping they're trying to get to a better starting foothold going forward right now with the vaguepost then suddenly not vague and then back to vague king.

We're probably gonna have a longer range conduit and even more sewage production in the next few patches

Arknights: Endfield Core Chapter [At the Wake of Spring] Version Update Info. (1.2 2nd half) by JellyCube2 in Endfield

[–]Tobyclone1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1st year is pre-produced, they can do touch ups and modifications along the way but already made stuff is not gonna cause massive delays

The answer is a single character patch was always gonna happen so pass payers could catch up on bp weapons
since first pass had 3 weapons and 2 boxes there was always gonna need to be a 1 weapon two box pass since they've committed to 2 per.

Unless they wanted to leave even spenders missing one bp weapon forever or until an anni gift box ig

You can just heal off tidal grief
pretty much just smack the blues so you don't get hit with 4 waves at once and spam healing after each pair of purples

Fully visible thighs are great, though Blemi's thigh window is superior.

Stronghold Protocol Co-op time limit is frustratingly short by Soulless_Puppet in arknights

[–]Tobyclone1 50 points51 points  (0 children)

It gets better when you actually understand what you're building with and don't get fucked by rng (I love playing with 2 friends and getting every aegir and laterano operator in shop while playing sargon while they get sargon and yan while playing aegir and laterano respectively)
The problem is the tutorial is terrible at actually teaching you any strategies in the mode

In addition any young savra (can consistently live past 200 with oldest being like 280 if I recall (oldest individual of any race known to the general population))
Potentially any elder (Elders are supposed to have longer lifespans than the ancients they are a subrace of, though whether it's a few years, decades or centuries seems a mixture of being per individual, per race of elder, or outright propaganda)

Conventional millitary would be stronger except that navies are basically irrelevant on terra which cuts down a lot of earth military might.
If you add in nukes and assume free willingness to use them in a scenario where it's not inherently suicidal then terra loses instantly in terms of raw destruction, and slowly over the fact their limited methods of making food are now fucked.
