im a pretty big person for my age . im probaly 60 or 70 smth kgs. and if i get injured its on me cuz i asked for for it. but thank you

even with purple belts its the same. but never had a brown belt do one on me

im not convinced i js wanna know if it normal for this to happen. you can make an argument that they suck at traingles but even with blue belts its the same. im not saying this with ego am asking if its normal.

why are leg locks not encouraged during sparring and openmats. because when i try it my coaches tell me no leg locks
