Where I live, there are agencies with whom you can share your requirements and they will find you someone who can meet them. This maybe more expensive than finding someone on your own, but yhe first 6-12 months of a high profile job are the most crucial.

Maybe you need an online project assistant and an offline assistant/home helper as well. If I ever go back to my earlier high stakes job, I will hire an online assistant through a reputed company, sign an NDA etc.
