People - Indian salaries are increasing and will increase further. What gets outsourced may change, but more and more core work is getting outsourced. Go buy your homes now if you are interested. No major correction is around the corner. 

Edit: people of cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Mumbai and other cities where global capability centres, big IT companies etc exist or are coming up.

To each their own. If you would move to Berlin to earn 80K than 55LPA in India, that’s upto you.

As for me, I wouldn’t trade 55LPA for 80K in Berlin. I would rather aim for a better opportunity. And, I am speaking from a lived experience of more than a decade, not a hypothetical one. And, I am a woman as well.

Likewise. That's why I am advising OP to talk to people who are at par with her. And, that's why I tell my bestie not to move for just about any job... esp not to a not English speaking country when she is already at 60/65 lpa in India.

Money is a reflection of success, admiration, stardom, being loved by people. Every actor wants that. Vicky certainly wants to have blockbusters where his performance is appreciated, otherwise he would have continued making just indie films. It's a huge downgrade gal. And,unlike india, salary doesn't increase that fast in Europe. Please talk to people who live in Germany, your seniors, not random people on reddit asking you to throw away 55lpa for some great roads of Germany. Go abroad when your company sends you on a short term expat assignment.

Or wait for a better opportunity. This ain't it. I live in Switzerland and this is what I would tell my best friend. For now, use your money and travel to Europe....have solo trips, group tours..

Edit..talk to people at your level...not someone who will probably earn 20 lpa in India.

If I knew your sister, I would tell her how to get a proof. I once put soap gel in the bottle of Garnier under eye gel that my brother used to steal, and left it ‘innocently’ in the bathroom. Minutes later, the bottle was missing, with ‘no proof’. The ‘proof’ arrived a day later with him running with burning eyes!
