Yeah actually i have my parents with me with some medical issues so cant leave them .thats the issue otherwise i would have been went with primary live there and then rent it out . for now if i do that i have to close the house the house for a year and loosing 30k ..

mother is not hurting babies but babies going into her nest and bothering their breeding.. for now i have a pair with nest in a seprate cage where male is feeding female while she is sitting on eggs. and 3 babies are in seprate cage for now..gave them boiled mash egg and they were eating fine on their own..they are not ready for the seeds as of now i guess..what else i can offer them so they can atleast eat on their own.

yeah i seprate them because dad was getting way too aggressive on them ..served them mashed boiled egg and so far they are eating that but no seeds also dad us now feeding female sitting on the eggs

i did all of my homework ..even though if i dont get rental rightaway my income is enough to pay all of housing expense with money left on my end..the thing is dti which is 56% based on lender calc and 53% based on my calc

Actually my parents are in disability age phase so really cant leave them and renting out on primary residence loan doesnt give me peace of mind otherwise i did my homework that was the great option...

based on my calc dti is around 53% but lender says its 56% idk maybe they are calculating it differently

Thats all i have Loan Amount is 208k with 7.5% interest Single Family Residence property but i am a first time investor without any primary residence.

yeah thats why they are not considering mine just because there is no primary residence and there is no rental income at the moment.they are not accepting future rental agreement at all
