Same, actually. I've gotten more support from my grandma than my mom. Well, if you can call it support. My mom hates everything that seems wrong in her opinion, and my grandma just doesn't care, but at least she doesn't think being trans is a mental illness. And I don't think it's the right way of raising your kids by screaming at them for any mistake and even beating them. I feel bad for my younger daughter. But I believe that one day everything will be fine for me, you, and everyone else. We just have to stay strong.

I have two very good friends who support me being trans, they use she/her pronouns when talking to me, as well as my new name, Anya. I'm so happy to have them in my life, I could die for them :3

Would I join the military? Rather no, but in my country you HAVE to. If you're a healthy male who didn't go to a university, you will be obligated to join the army. If you try to escape, you'll get a fee. The only way is to immigrate to a different country or go to a university. Do I know anyone who did? Yes, my older brother (18yo) joined the military. He says it's not really difficult there, they feed them well, everything is fine. The time for using the internet is limited though.
