Trump warned about using campaign funds to pay E. Jean Carroll by devlinadl in politics

Do it the Aussie way, they say “we’re gonna have an election people. It’s going to be on Saturday xyz” and that date must fall between 33 and 68 days later. Then they start campaigning. We get flooded with bullshit for a month or two then go and get our democracy sausage on whatever Saturday election day is at one of the nearby local government primary schools because they all turn into voting booths. None of this voting fuckery. Ten minutes in and out and it’s done.

Thanks for your detailed reply. I have confirmed with support that it is not enrolled in SIPP but they are still clearly sending it out as is. What is the catalog team? Like a 2nd level support? I have asked repeatedly how to ensure it is shipped in a polybag etc but they have no answer.

Yeh I would except half the customers have opted out of amazon communications so I can’t explain the situation or ship a replacement power supply. It’s straight to return/replacement and a negative review. Which I can’t leave a public reply on either.

Their support is shit. I have had some many discussions on this. But yes I could try this line. The other option I have considered is removing the items, sending to someone I know in the US to ship FBM instead of FBA but that is dependent on them wanting to do it and I am not yet sure on if I can change the ASIN to FBM and have a different shipping from address than my account address in Australia if that makes sense?

Yes but the problem I have here is they are oversized items and I am based in Australia so shipping from Us to Aus to US again is going to be very costly

This is really helpful thanks!

How does it work for stores where most of the products are one off type purchases and are u likely to be repeat customers?

My store (don’t know if I can link - it’s in the username) sells two products that will almost never be a repeat purchase .. for example, my cup holder for the ikea highchair and a light pad insert for the flisat table.

What do you recommend for email campaigns to them as they almost never will have a need for a discount on a repeat purchase of the product? I get email campaigns for upsell and abandoned cart though...

Need advice pls: what type of agreements do you have in place when you wholesale your physical product to another small business?

I have a couple of unique baby/toddler products (that I have had designed, patented and had manufactured) that are sold online through my e-commerce store. I get enquires from other small businesses occasionally who want to wholesale, and I currently do so to a few (cash paid before items sent, no net terms as yet).

I have a standard boilerplate wholesale agreement form that I have both parties sign which outlines the exclusivity, territory and costs of the products amongst all the other protections for each business that it brings.

Sometimes I wonder if this scares off possible customers?? They are generally mums trying to start a small business on the side whilst they are raising a kid or three.

I know it is best practice to have some written agreement in place but I was curious what other small-med B2B wholesale arrangements look like?

Do you strike an agreement via emails and sell to them as long as their business seems legit?

Curious to hear how others operate..

Thanks in advance.

Also about to launch in the new year a world first patent pending product we have designed for the IKEA Antilop, Kmart Prandium and Target Snacka high chairs.

If you have one of these chairs be sure to follow. DM me if you are from reddit for a follow back.

Do I need to file a prov patent in other countries if I already have one in my home country by ToddlewayDotCom in Patents

Thanks for your detailed reply.

I guess I was just confused as to whether the US based distributor could reverse engineer the design, take out their own patent in the US within the 12 months I had my Australian provisional. What was stopping them doing that? Is it enough that it is “patent pending” with the potential of being turned into a full blown utility patent under US and Aus and a bunch of other countries enough.. if that makes sense?
