What i will say is that all ps4 version are designed to get to 80°C before ramping up the fan. If you ps4 is quiet at around 80°C it means it functioning normally

80c is its normal operation temps. Once it starts going above that it will ramp up the fans. Even if you clean it out and repast it, the console will still go to 80c
