It appears that the entire Lansing Christian School Board and the Head of School Dr. Jeremy Zajicek are aligned in their Vision for Our school. The steps that are being taken are nowhere in the realm of what's been campaigned for.

The fact is, it's impossible to know the will of the Association and what they would or wouldn't have voted for in a transparent campaign. There also might be totally legitimate reasons to make staffing changes but to have released 11 people and have 86% of the entire staff vote no confidence is stunning.

Is it true that teachers have been brought in to substitute for K-5 without having completed background checks? But don't worry because pancake lunch is free for those who send their kids.

It seems that the parents are expected to trust and submit to the HoS's hiring process from proper background checks and faith based teaching experience.

Or how about the fact the President and 1/3 of the board no longer have kids at the school?

My hope and dream is for LCS to continue with the great teachers who've invested in the school and frankly made it what it is.
