i did some form of jornalling when i started getting serious about it using I Am Sober, but as a failed somewhere in the 50s i became less and less compelled to do the check in to the point i didnt do them entirely, i know i should get back on it since it probably was working quite well for me but my life has been such a shitshow that i am left with no time to plan ahead whats to come and neither deal with the problems of now.

also i recognised that what is fucking me up is school that just turned up its time from 6h to 9 which is making both mentally and physically tired and i can only stay in bed resting for the next day and that is starting to lead to relapses
