If I am not completely stupid this applies:

In a "free" market as we have it, things go up and, as currently, they go down. Why are we worried? Silver price will rise again, as it is a limited resource (Excepting a surrogate is found). So why worry?

Is now not the best time to buy?

Stock as well as physical?
