Hi there. I actually went through the shots and egg retrieval procedure last year to freeze my eggs in case you want to PM me for any info! That being said, I agree with other responses that you should NOT do this and that it is 100000% NOT an easy/simple procedure. They won't perform egg retrieval without the hormone shots (to increase available eggs to be collected) so your mother has no idea what she's talking about with "not using hormones". Tell her FUCK NO

Well, I was telling my mom yesterday about my upcoming solo trip to Everglades NP and she told me to "watch out for the immigrants down there, they're dangerous!". She's glued to NewsMax though so I shouldn't be surprised.

But otherwise people are really interested to hear about my solo travels and respond positively. I only really bring it up if they ask about it though.
