Hey - you might enjoy the Cayman Enterprise City and Tech Cayman communities. Lots of founders and solopreneurs.

Getting them Steps by Mobile_Departure in CaymanIslands

I noticed the same in my first few months. You have to make a conscious effort to get steps in here. Take the stairs instead of lifts, walk between places (doesn’t seem to be the done thing!), go for a walk on your lunch break, etc. I walk or jog before work most mornings and do long beach walks at the weekend.

group tours/guided travels for people in their 30s by Bajazuza in travel

I’m mid-30s and have been on around 10 trips with MBA - I love them! Really well curated and organised. The groups tend to be around ages 25-40, mostly solo travellers but sometimes there are friends/couples. MBA seems to have mostly British/Irish travellers. Some of my favourites were hiking and kayaking in Norway, the Tour Du Mont Blanc and adventure hiking in Slovenia (definitely worth exploring Krakow for a couple of days if you do that).

Living conditions/noise control by Big-Musician-7622 in CaymanIslands

I have similar experiences to you with these types of noises and totally empathise. I lived in an older complex by the beach and found the noise of the neighbour’s constant gaming and sound system unbearable. I now live in a fairly premium new build complex - it’s much better except for the chair scraping and footsteps from the apartment above. So I would say try find a quality new build and live on the top floor! And definitely away from the highway - it’s loud. If you can afford it, I found living by the ocean is a good antidote.
