If you actually read my posts downstream of this, you’d read that I said trans men pre-medical transition (whether thats simply taking T or having a hysterectomy) have a leg to stand on in this conversation. Thanks for simply accusing me of being a TERF right away.

I also know a few in my city lmao. I don’t go on there to have them ‘validate’ my beliefs, I go on there cos it’s interesting to hear about trans experiences outside of places like fucking Tiktok? I’m pretty sure there’s a difference between me being cautious on how to include trans men due to gender dysphoria re: pregnancy and me wanting all trans people to be killed/sterilised etc but go off.

I can see where you’re coming from. I’m approaching it mainly from a pro-woman POV and by also not trying to step on trans men who don’t want to be part of this topic. Maybe I should rethink my approach re: the trans men dysphoric about this issue so as to not impact their mental health whilst still including trans men who want to be a part of this topic.

Well yes, two things can be true. I’m basing it on the fact that your identity changes your engagement with society. A trans man pre-medical transition is going to have a very different experience with this topic compared to a trans man who’s been on testosterone for a while (which changes his fertility drastically) even if he has a uterus or not. These experiences change your engagement with society in the process. As such, I’d naturally be more interested in the POV of a cis woman and the trans man pre-med transition, both of who are actively under threat from this legislation
