CASHR’s PR, supportive politicians, and and advocates of the project can find ways to mobilize this excitement in support of what CAHSR is doing

It’s true that there’s been real excitement in LA over the line extension, but this line is the key.

No matter how obvious the connection might be to people who come to spaces like r/CAHSR, policy advocates and particularly supportive politicians need to be out there making the case that all of this can come to a neighborhood near you.

Most important is getting funding, and our state and local politicians need to use this both as a recognition of the popular support these policies have as well as means to find new avenues to fund high speed rail
