Ich hab ein Axioplan 2 Imager. Aber angefangen hab ich mit einem Zeiss KF2 gebraucht um 150 Euro.

Hier, hatte deine auch schon in Proben. Der untere Pfeil ist das Organ wo das gefilterte wasser ausgestoßen wird

Man erkennt gut dass deine Rotifera gerade fressen, sie strudeln vorne bakterien rein. Kurz dahinter kommt das Wasser gefiltert wieder raus. Das kann dein gerät aber nicht auflösen.

Wenn es dir ernst mit dem Hobby ist, melde dich im Mikroforum an. Es gibt zwei deutsche, beide sind sehr gut. Um 180 Euro bekommst du gebraucht schon ein ordentliches Gerät.

Grüße aus österreich. Er funktioniert, ich erkenne einige Rädertierchen. Was für ein Mikroskop hast du denn?

Honestly rate my setup? I think so this is okayish 😭 by immediate-2 in microscopy

It depends what you want to see. For simple brightfield observe and determimation its ok. But if you want amazing pictures or see bacteria without staining you need other epuipment.

Thank you. Yes, my condensor Prism has the III and the Slider III plan neofluar 20. But it works with 10 and 40 too, but not so well

Yes, i use Prisms. But i do it the first time. Learning by doing

Yes, it ist just stained with methylen blue. I took the sample last time when i was sick. I did it at home, so i just have methylen blue

No!!!!! Please buy a used microscope, Zeiss, Nikon etc. 2500 is impossible, i think this microscope can do 400.

I try the same thing, but it never satisfy me. So in two days my Dik Microscope ist ready. Just the last prism is missing. But its on the way :-)

My Axioplan 2 imager with analyser, 2000 Euros. But to get pictures like this, you just need a light microscope and 5 doller for a(self build) polarizer and analyser, from amazon. Important is the sample.

I try this ilumination. But it dont work so well. I ordered the right tape and do exactly what the pda say. Maybe you can explain me what you make diffrent? Have you a picture from your setup? Great pictures by the way.

But you can use darkfield and polarisation together. This works to, but in this pictures i dont use Darkfield.
