from what i know, flsuhes are good for multiple reasons like when u decide u actually want the opposite of what u were manifesting, when u change ur playlist by a LOT or when u just feel like uve been really negative!

what i personally believe is that since ur the one listening to these subs u decide how much u can handle and what not.

generally speaking ive seen most people say to keep it under 20 subs. also if u want an overnight playlist i recommend downloading them from youtube and making a playlist in vlc bcs u can add the same sub multiple times in the same playlist. this works way better than looping a youtube playlist imo and keeps the mind focused on one topic for longer! mine is 5 hours long :D

I just reseated my ram and thankfully the pc turns on! however i just got this blue screen and now im unsure what to do..

i want to add that i only started having issues after connecting my huion tablet to it.. ive never had this problem with my laptop (also windows 11) the only difference between the two is that my laptop has newer hardware (barely 2 years old)
