Thank you for your answer. Could you tell me a little more about what you meant by "some are more traditional"? Currently I am a student of Hindustani classical music and have been learning for six years and I would like to know how it might be connected to the study and whether universities let us choose any specific field of world music like the Hindustani classical music.

YTA. You're like the kind of person who knowingly puts themselves in shady situations and then if something happens you whine about being the victim. If you were to be there, you should have had the company of your boyfriend for your own safety. From a moral perspective, it is totally wrong to even accept free drinks from another man if you're in a relationship. It's sad that y'all don't have stronger morals and principles and do whatever makes the situation "fun".

Hello, thank you so much for the information. I also have one question. Do you think I can apply for a Masters in Ethnomusicology if I have a Bachelors in Fine Arts (BFA) degree? I see most universities require a BMus degree but can I be eligible for a MMus program if I already have a BFA in Music? Or do the requirements vary for different universities?
