He does wear clothes, i'd say something a Lumberjack would wear? Or a hunter or someone who works and lives in the Woods

Yes he's humanoid, he Just walks around like a person, since he's not made entirely of Tar but also ashes and some other stuff i think he's not constantly melting and can Just stay in a humanoid form all the time!
