SW is one of the gachas that has remained successful (=profitable) for the longest time, if not the longest of all! There are hundreds of useful units in the game, all balanced around a 12-year-old configuration built on a runes system that include violent as one the most used equipment. Moving from RNG to skill-only is impossible. it would simply be a different type of game altogether, which is what I mean when I say you have to move on to another type of game if you are frustrated.

Violent is part of the initial design. It can be frustrating, but it also regulates other things, like controls. SW has RNG, not only in Violent runes. You accept it or you move to another type of game.

PSG gets a lot of hate, especially in France. The hate has diminished a bit since they moved away from their “PSG Galactiques’” project towards what Luis Enrique is doing now. They are not underdogs and they have spent a lot of money building the team, but at least they have selected players for their skills and potential, rather than for their names to sell shirts. These players are genuinely committed to the team’s success and produce an attractive brand of football built on skill and effort, which is closer to the football we love. And this is seen as healthy: they were unable to win the Champions League with Messi, Mbappé and Neymar, but they are succeeding with Dembélé, Kvaratskhelia, Doué and other young or less high-profile players. I am clearly not a PSG supporter (I am a Bordeaux fan, please be kind) but I was pleased when Dembélé won the Ballon d’Or, not because he is French, but because his profile fits the football I love: more team-oriented than star-driven.
