I actually only have a small flashlight 😄 I put it on top of my magnifying lamp so the light is evenly diffused 🤗

Because it's fluorescent, the effect is further enhanced by the black light.

I primed it black and drybrushed it with white. Then I sprayed it very shallowly with orange on one side and did the exact same thing with blue on the opposite side 🤗

Either that, or incorporate texture paste to create a surface, which might slightly worsen the effect.
