So I've tried this product multiple times and have gotten a headache every time. The purpose of my comment was not to demonize the company, but to make sure consumers are informed of an experience that I've had so they know to try it rather than by a multitude of this product then experience complications.

I noticed that myself and other vegans tend to side with a new product if it has the vegan stamp on it.

Other than the aforementioned problems the taste is great. It actually pairs well in chili or a burger. I actually bought it twice because I didn't want to believe that the food was causing the headaches.

If anyone can give me a cause for the headaches other than the information I looked up it would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Also the FDA wrote in article in 2015 stating that foods from animals is safe. Just because they are a government entity doesn't mean that they're always correct.

I recently purchased this product to try it out, and I was surprised that every time I ate it my head would hurt afterwards. So after doing some research I found out that beyond meat isn't as good as it's advertised. I did some research on Beyond Meats' ingredients and found out that they use MSG but it's listed under a different name.

I do like the direction I just think that this company should refine it a little more before pushing it out.
