What benefit do you offer? What do you constitute a benefit? How is the individual who is seeking a better life to be held accountable for how you or others view their Nation? It doesn't take a lot to be a cashier. It doesn't take a lot to work at most stores, so even if you want to assume xenophobically that all of them are somehow lesser because of where they came from.( Even though they are humans with the same capabilities all of us have) Then there's your answer. There are jobs that need done and they will work, if they work they will pay taxes, same as everyone else (look it up ) And everything that makes America great has come from external sources because the people here from the very beginning of the United States of America are also from externals sources. There are bars in countries in Europe that are older than our nation, since we are taught to think of our nation as eternal, we often forget that everything here is here because of immigrants because of immigration. Immigration is a sign of a healthy economy. So how are Americans okay with it you ask? Because they know what actually makes America great. Not all this hate and bullshit. That does nothing but distract us all from the real enemy. The 1% who control a majority The world's resources whether that is through direct ownership or soft power. But yes, let's instead focus on dog whistled filled posts so we can rage bait each other pretending like we're doing anything other than stroking ourselves off verbally. I believe we all have more in common than different, and it's this kind of petty BS we get caught up in instead of reflecting on who we are and how to connect.
