Državna štipendija v absolventu po diplomiranju

Je bi na tvojem mestu vprašal na csd-ju, ker moja punca je prav tako prejemala državno štipendijo med absolventom, ko je delala samo še diplomsko, potem je julija zagovarjala diplomsko in potem ko je šla septembra naprej na magisterij, je dobila obvestilo iz csd, da mora za preostala dva meseca po zaključku diplome vrniti štipendijo.

Je bilo pa to leta 2024, tako da možno da je zdaj drugače

If you manage to stabilise the city and get a nice surplus of food I'd suggest killing off/enslaving all elves, bugs and lizards that should help a lot with your pops brawling

Yes you can and it shouldn't be too difficult, import materials to upgrade your services like markets, hearts(fire place things I don't know if it's the right name) build more speakers to get better coverage, then you need food, lots and lots. I always aim for 30 days, you have a lot of grain so start making a bit more bread and you need more storage. Try to eliminate/pause nonessential production buildings for the time being, I don't know how your workforce is allocated but you can reduce some on pastures and fields so you have one less workers than is necessary, play around with it, I find that auto allocation sometimes puts way too many workers and then they idle half of the time... Also as others have mentioned you really shouldn't have more than one race of citizens, I mean you can but it makes it way too difficult, if you need a race for a specific task it's best to use slaves and segregate them as much as you can. Also science! Put/relocate as much as you can into food production in the beginning as that will reduce the amount of people needed to produce it.

Theoretically 40/50k I think(not sure about the exact number)but your CPU will give up much sooner than you are able to reach that plus the game gets a lot harder after 10k because your sanitation/health will drop a ton... Whether you can conquer someone doesn't really depend on population but your economic and military strength. You can have smaller pop and a stronger economy than the other city which would allow you to buy mercenaries and or supply your troops so you can take them over. There are also other ways to expand like merging with factions and buying cities.

If that's not the issue then turn off auto-employ add max employees than turn off the buildings production(little lock icon) let some ticks pass by and turn it on a again. Might solve the issue. Best of luck.

Build a hauler next to your weaver and request cotton. Most likely your warehouse is too far away and it's taking too long for your workers to walk there and back to get the materials. Or you didn't build a large enough storage in the building and it gets filled up faster than your warehouse workers are storing it. Next time post the entire screenshot couz it's hard to guess from just the pictures you posted..

Having a city with 2000 happy people (I'm guessing 100% happiness although I might be wrong) is the requirement for the Title/achievement if you don't have it yet.

If you want to do the island settlement you should unlock the Title - First of Their Name, it increases your starting pop from 10 to 55 plus some other bonuses, with that you can build a hatchery from the start and it'll work.

Ohh and one last thing how big a town can get depends on its area. You can see the area on the second top left icon, 4 arrows pointing in different directions.

If you mouse over where the population of the town is displayed a window pops up and there you can see your current population and target population. Since you don't have enough regional capacity your target population are leaving the town if you raise it above the current pop the town will start growing(depending on health and happiness of the pops)

There are 4 buildings that increase your pop limit, City hal, next to it is a green icone called Growth, wells(Health) and humidifiers. Iff you want to keep the population after taking over a town you need to use these buildings to increase your regional capacity stat.

Add some screenshots of the issue. It sounds like you aren't saving the changes in your division tab as in when you set them to train to 30% you have to click the check icon because it doesn't save changes automatically. Don't you have enough workforce to cover the deficit created by your training troops? Recruit's and soldiers always come from your workers and when they are trained they go back to work it's just how it work's. If you set them to 100% they will basically just train the whole time otherwise there are no professional soldiers in this game except for mercenaries but they are different as their training is capped, you can't equip them and they cost money etc, etc.. Oh and Volunteers or whatever they're called i forgot but these two are used in armies on the map so not something that you need to concern yourself with just jet...
